¡Todos los viernes organizamos una barbacoa en Parco Ibiza! 🥩🍷
¿Has oído hablar ya de nuestras famosas noches de barbacoa? Well. We are sure you want to try this! Our restaurant and garden has been turned in the prettiest El Patio with outside kitchen where our live-cooking BBQ chef will surprise your senses with an amazing shared dining menu and our resident DJ will play some funky disco tunes! 🎧
Menu (served in different courses, so you can sit down and be surprised!):
- Bread with alioli & olives
- Salad with smoked salmon and feta cheese
- Anchovies in vinegar
- Platter with Jamon Iberico and selection of cheeses
- Grilled avocado’s a la Parco wih ponzu & rucola
- Roasted pineapple
- Pimientos de padrón
- Chicken thigh with Parco’s famous marinade
- Iberico sausage
- Skirt steak with homemade chimichurri
- Lamb chops
- Tiny dessert of vanilla ice cream, chocolate and crumble
Restaurant El Patio opens at 19.00h. Open for in-house and external guests.
